Integrating your data sources with Boolee is crucial for getting the most out of our platform.

Supported Data Sources

Boolee supports a wide range of data sources to help you gather and analyze data. Currently, you can connect the following APIs:

• Google Analytics 4

• Google Ads

• Mailchimp

• LinkedIn Ads

• Bing Ads

• Facebook Ads

• DV360

• Youtube

• Tripadvisor

• Tiktok Ads

• Pinterest Ads

• CSV Uploads

The list is non-exhaustive as we keep on adding more APIs and other data sources to Boolee so always come back to check for updates.

Connecting APIs

1. Access Integrations:

   • Navigate to your workspace.

   • Click on "Integrations" located at the bottom left side of the dashboard.

1. Select and Connect API:

   • On the integrations page, find the API you wish to connect.

   • Click on the "Connect" button next to the API.

1. Enter Credentials

To begin the integration process:

• Enter the required credentials for the selected API.

• Confirm that you trust Boolee to securely access and process your data.

2. Configure Accounts

Once the connection is established:

• Click on “Configure”.

• Select the specific accounts you want Boolee to connect with from within the API.

3. Configure Custom Conversion Events

• Choose which custom conversion events you’d like to import from the API.

• These may include conversions such as offline events or other custom setups you've defined in the respective platform.

Note: Standard conversion events are already available by default under the Metrics section. Custom conversion events require manual selection, as they are uniquely created within your ad platform or CRM.

Repeat for All APIs

• Multiple APIs: Follow the above steps for each API you wish to connect.

• Multiple Workspaces: Repeat this process for every new workspace you create in Boolee.

• Create New Workspaces:

In the top left corner next to the workspace name, you can switch between workspaces and also create new workspaces to your organization.

Managing Integrations

• Delete an Integration: If you need to remove an integration, simply click on the "Delete" button next to the API on the integrations page.

Troubleshooting Tips

• Zero Values: If you notice 0 values in your workspace data, check if the API is connected properly. No connected API means no data to analyze.

• Permissions Issues: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions for the accounts you are trying to connect. If you encounter permission-related issues, contact your team to verify your access rights and confirm that you have signed up with the correct email address.
