⏩Setting up your Boolee account
Welcome to Boolee! Setting up your account is simple and quick. Follow this guide to create your account, verify it, and manage your profile settings.
Creating an Account
Navigate to Boolee Application: Open your browser and go to app.boolee.io.
Enter Your Email: On the login page, enter the email address you want to use for your Boolee profile.
Receive OTP: You will receive an email from
feedback@boolee.io
containing a One-Time Password (OTP). Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.Enter OTP: Input the OTP into the designated field on the Boolee application.
Account Created: Congratulations! You have successfully created your Boolee account.
Account Verification Process
Email Verification: As part of the account creation process, ensure you check your email for the OTP. This step verifies your email address and secures your account.
OTP Input: After receiving the OTP via email, enter it into the field provided on the Boolee application. This step completes your account verification.
Managing Profile Settings
Access Organizations: Once logged in, click on "Organizations" at the top right corner of the dashboard.
Choose Subscription Plan: You will be prompted to select a subscription plan. You will be redirected to our Stripe subscription page.
Enter Subscription Details: Fill in your payment details to complete the subscription process. This will create your organization within Boolee.
Configure Organization:
Adapt Organization Name: Click on "Configure" to edit and customize your organization’s name.
Create and Name Workspaces: Set up different workspaces and name them according to your needs.
Add or Delete Account Managers: Manage who has access to your organization by adding or removing account managers.
Inviting Team Members
Send Invitations: To add team members, invite them via email through the organization settings.
Team Member Email: Invited members will receive an email from Boolee with an invitation link.
OTP for Team Members: Team members will need to click the link and enter the OTP provided in the invitation email to complete their setup.
Managing Email Preferences and Notifications
Profile Settings: Go to your profile settings to manage email preferences and notifications.
Customize Preferences: Adjust your email preferences to control the types of notifications you receive.
Save Settings: Ensure to save your settings to apply any changes.
Managing Your Payment Plan
Payment Settings: Navigate to the organization page to manage your subscription and payment details.
