Connect with Google Reviews or Tripadvisor
To add data from your preferred review provider (e.g., Google Location Reviews), follow these steps:
Add Data to Your Workspace Click the "Add" button in your workspace to connect your provider.
Select Dimensions and Metrics Choose the relevant dimensions and metrics for your analysis.
Group by ID Organize the data by ID for easier tracking.
Choose a Time Range Select the desired time range for the data.
Visualize Data View the data as a table in your workspace.
Perform Analysis Once your chart is visible in the workspace, click on the sidebar to select your preferred analysis. You can choose between:
Top and Flop Categories: Show the amount for the top and flop items.
Sentiment Analysis: Analyze sentiment based on specific attributes.
If you wish to analyze multiple attributes for sentiment, separate them using commas.
Please keep in mind that direct sentiment analysis via Boolee interaction is not available at the moment. We will reactive the feature in January 2025.
