With Boolee Automations, you can streamline and automate your analyses based on either time-based or event-based triggers. For example, you can automatically analyze the daily performance of your Meta, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads campaigns, identifying those with a ROAS below 2.0 and high costs without conversions. Once triggered, the results are sent directly to your inbox as a PDF.

How to Use Boolee Automations:

  1. Access the Flow Library: Click on Flows in the top left corner, then select Library.

  2. Add to Your Flows: Click the plus button to add a flow to your list.

  3. Customize the Flow: Once added, you can adjust the mission statement and modify the respective email addresses that should receive the analysis.

  4. Trigger Events When selecting a trigger event, you have two options: a time-based trigger or a metric-based trigger.

For metric-based triggers, you’ll need to define a threshold for the metric. Additionally, decide whether the threshold is relative or absolute. Specify if the comparison should be "greater than" or "less than" the threshold value. You can also create multiple thresholds, and the flow will be triggered once all thresholds are met.

  1. Generate the Flow: After setting up, generate the flow and review the steps the system will follow to run the automation.

  1. Save and Activate: After generating the flow, save it and make sure to toggle it to active so it runs according to the set triggers.

  2. Create New Flows from Scratch: If none of the pre-built flows fit your needs, simply click on the plus sign in the top right corner to create a flow from scratch.

  3. Label Your Flows: For better organization, you can add labels to your flows. This helps maintain clarity and structure, especially if you manage multiple automations.

Boolee's flow library is constantly expanding, offering you more options to tailor your analyses.
